Is VAT included?
Yes. €14.99 is what leaves your account, whichever EU country you are in. The rate differs by country; the price you see does not.
What happens when I hit 50 saves?
Saving pauses until the month rolls over. Nothing is deleted, everything stays searchable, and your Sunday Finds still arrives.
What do I lose if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Saves above the free limit become read-only, your public page goes offline, and your archive is kept for twelve months in case you come back.
Do you email before an annual renewal?
Yes, in time to cancel. Refunds without an argument.
Why is there a subscriber limit?
Sending costs about €0.0004 an email, so 10,000 subscribers is roughly €17 a month before anything else. A limit we can hold is more honest than an "unlimited" we would have to withdraw.
Can I move my library out?
Complete JSON export, free on every plan including the free one, one click. It is the same export on the day you leave as on the day you join.
