What we promise.

Two products in this category shut down inside six months and people lost years of saves. So these are commitments, not reassurances — every one is something you can check today.

What ships free stays free.
We will not move a paywall over something you already have. If a feature is free the day you sign up, it is free for you afterwards — the way to charge for something new is to build something new.
Privacy is never a paid feature.
No free library is ever public, and there is no upgrade that buys you the right to keep things to yourself. Nothing you save is visible to anyone until you publish it deliberately.
Export is free, forever, on every plan.
Complete JSON, one click, including the summaries and the captured text. Not a subset, not a queue, not an email you have to wait for. It is the same export on the day you leave as on the day you join.
Cancelling deletes nothing.
Saves above the free limit become read-only rather than disappearing. Your public archive is retained for twelve months and comes back if you return. Your subscriber list stays exportable, including after you cancel.
Delete means delete.
Account deletion cascades within 24 hours — the items, the captured text, the embeddings, the subscriber records. Not flagged, not hidden, not retained for analytics.
Your data lives in the EU.
Postgres in eu-west-1, and the content never leaves it. Favicons and author avatars are fetched once and stored, never hotlinked, so no third party learns what you saved by serving you an image.
We tell you before we charge you.
An email before every annual renewal, in time to cancel. Refunds without an argument.

And if Supersave stops.

We would tell you before it happened and leave the export running. That is what we can promise honestly: a company that has shut down cannot keep a promise, so the thing worth committing to is that you never need our permission or our help to leave with everything.

Which is why export is not a feature we could withdraw. It is free on every plan, it is complete, and it works today — go and try it before you trust any of the paragraphs above.
